🔊 Tokyo Ramen Shop Soundscape
Our first bowl of ramen in Shinjuku
Our first stop after arriving in Tokyo was at an unassuming ramen shop in Shinjiku. It was late afternoon and we were the only ones in the whole place. Piano jazz, quiet conversation, and the slurping of noodles create an unmistakable Japanese soundscape, mixed with the noises of dinner prep coming from the kitchen.
